Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all U.S. states for free. We also offer international shipping options.
How long does it take to dispatch orders?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
What is the condition of your products?
Our inventory includes products in New, Pre-owned, and Custom conditions. Each listing includes detailed condition notes.
Can I change my billing or shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact info@dillsdealsstore.com as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, shipping details cannot be changed.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. After your payment is successfully processed, an invoice will be sent to your email.
How will I know if my payment has been received?
We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your payment is completed.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account is recommended for faster checkout and order tracking.
Is it safe to use my card or bank info on your website?
Yes. Our checkout uses PCI-compliant, secure payment gateways. Your payment data is encrypted and never stored by us.

How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email. Tracking updates depend on the courier. If there are no updates within 5 business days, contact us at info@dillsdealsstore.com and we’ll investigate.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility, including tracking details.
